I was in California. I asked a friend to take my car in and have the tire monitor checked and the parking break checked and run a diagnostic check . In California I tried to call and sent a email asking for a quote sent to my email on the price of a tune up. I never received the tune up quote in the documents sent to me. This is the first time that my wife and I have dealt with Jim Taylor. What started out as fact finding visit ended up in us purchasing a Yukon Denali. Our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product. Others involved in the sales process were also helpful, informative and courteous. The reason for the four star is primarily with the detail portion of the vehicle. It did get washed and fueled. Some of the nicest people I have ever met!! Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Terry Holmes our salesman was super professional, took his time going over all the features, helped wife get her phone set up, and all the good stuff. I just spoke with him on the phone told him we were driving from Alabama to get the vehicle, he had it filled with gas, all the on-star services, and Sirius radio turned on before we got there. Bought a 2024 GMC Sierra AT4 and the experience was top notch! David Temple was my salesperson and he was absolutely amazing! He was courteous, kind, and very easy to deal with. We found the truck we wanted and were pre-approved online. We drove over the next day, and were in and out in less than 45 minutes! The truck was clean, and full of gas! Brett and the finance guy (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) were awesome! I definitely recommend doing business with these guys!

Marvin the service manager is a phenomenal guy to deal with. He worked diligently with me to get the parts needed to fix my vehicle and scheduling the appointment to initiate the repairs. He kept me thoroughly informed and ensured that the repairs were done timely. The people at the service desk were courteous. Randy the repairman was super friendly and throughly explained his findings and the extra steps he took to ensure a successful job. Highly recommend them for your service and repair needs.

I needed the first oil change on my new diesel so I went to ryan chevy and they couldn't get me in because I didn't have a appointment. I then entered to gmc and I also didn't have a appointment but the lady told me they could work me in if I had time to wait. The service was fast and I only had to wait 1 hour from the time i got there until my oil was changed despite not have a appointment at all the people were very friendly and courtesy.

Our 2023 Terrain that we actually bought at Morgan GNC in Shreveport had been serviced by Morgan but badly serviced. Technician there that took 5 hours to service our vehicle did not put oil filter on correctly and was leaking oil very badly. We didn’t want to chance driving back to Shreveport so we came down and we’re treated like royalty, quickly getting us in, corrected problem and we were in our way. Service work was performed efficiently and effectively. Jim Taylor should consider having a waiting area that has been updated some time since 1979. Confined area, worn out furniture, and the panel walls felt like a somewhat unwelcome time capsule.
