Hands down, the BEST truck buying experience I’ve ever had. My sales person, Tony, understood exactly what I was asking for… he listened… he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. And you know what else - he never pressured me, we never had that BS salesmen conversation of “what type of payment are you looking to have.” AND THEY NEVER TRIED TO SNEAK THE FIRST HIDDEN “FEE” INTO THE DEAL. When it came time to sign papers, the lady handling things didn’t try to “fast sell” me all the warranty’s that I never buy… she pressed the issue and I told her “I just don’t buy those, I pay out of pocket for repairs if needed because I don’t have time to jack with warranty stuff” and SHE LISTENED. I WISH all dealerships were like this. What a relief to have finally brought my business to a dealership that gives a damn.

I was treated as a highly valued customer. Tony Danna made sure I was aware of all aspects of the truck, its computer and the nature of the financial arrangements. The business manager was very thorough in making sure I understood the financial process. I have bought four trucks from Jim Taylor Group. I will buy my next one from them as well. Some of the nicest people I have ever met!! Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Terry Holmes our salesman was super professional, took his time going over all the features, helped wife get her phone set up, and all the good stuff. I just spoke with him on the phone told him we were driving from Alabama to get the vehicle, he had it filled with gas, all the on-star services, and Sirius radio turned on before we got there. Worth the ride from Alabama to get the vehicle!! Thank you guys!!!
