Every year, our dealerships participate in the United Way Campaign, which allows our employees pledge a portion of their income for the next year or make a onetime donation, whichever they prefer. In addition to our employees’ contributions, Jim Taylor Auto Group makes a dollar-for-dollar matched donation. This money is then allocated by United Way to help fund various programs and nonprofits that support our community. Below are the employees who chose to donate for the year 2025.
Each year, we would like to recognize the employee who has stood out to the rest of our employees as the employee who has gone above and beyond for the last year. This employee works hard, is always positive, is always willing to lend a helping hand to any of their co-workers when needed. Our Employee of the Year is nominated and voted on by our staff and honored during a special presentation at the end of our annual Employee Appreciation Week. This recognition also represents our DRIVE Award, celebrating an employee who continuously demonstrates Dedication, Responsibility, Initiative, Value, and Empathy in everything they do.
Each year, we dedicate an entire week to celebrating our employees and showing how much we value and appreciate everything they do. DRIVE Week is filled with games, appreciation, food, and friendly competitiveness, creating opportunities for everyone to connect and have fun. The week concludes with a big event featuring prizes, awards, great food, and meaningful time spent together as a team.
Outside of DRIVE Week, we hold various events throughout the year to keep our employees engaged and appreciated. From yearly T-shirts to employee outings, Monroe Moccasins hockey tickets and our sponsored game, internal value shoutouts, and weekly podcast announcements and recognitions, we want our team to know how much we appreciate them. Their hard work is the reason we are able to grow, serve, and support our community as a company.
